Language of computer code: MATLAB (R2012 or higher preferred)
Does standalone executable software exist for the algorithm? : No
Input data: All the Landsat land surface temperature image from 1984 to 2011.
Output: Reconstructed daily land surface temperature at 120 meters from 1984 to 2011.
Descriptions of the computer code by the author:
The DELTA algorithm can reconstruct consistent, daily LSTs at Landsat resolution based solely on Landsat imagery. The DELTA algorithm possesses some advantages compared with the algorithms by blending Landsat and MODIS imagery to generate LSTs: (1) DELTA does not require the input of MODIS images; (2) the utilization of temporal segmentation in DELTA reduces the impact of land cover changes on LST prediction over time.
